ONE GATHERING AT A TIME

Saints, Sinners & Sandwiches and Cultivate St. Anne's Hill are growing, inclusive, welcoming communities of faith that gather outside of the bounds traditional church settings. We are gathering weekly in a deli and holding pop-up events in places like coffee houses and parks. We are also building community online through social media and podcasting.

Saints, Sinners and Sandwiches meets at Charlie's Deli on Troy St. in Old North Dayton on Thursdays at 5:30 PM. During our gatherings, we share what's going on in our lives, discuss stories about Jesus, and pray for each other--all while we share great sandwiches, soup, and chips. Our group is diverse and welcoming, and we enjoy getting to know each other.

During the Spring and Summer of 2024, Cultivate St. Anne's Hill will be holding pop-up events in different venues in St. Anne's Hill Historical District--including outdoors in parks. The format will differ for each event, but the idea is the same--to create a safe environment to get to know each other and to support each other in life and our individual spiritual journeys.

We know that everybody is at a different point in their spiritual journey, and that's OK. Everyone is welcome, including those who question what Christianity is all about. You are safe here, even if you are skeptical. If you have been previously hurt by a church for who you are (or aren't), we are sorry that happened. We believe that God loves EVERYBODY outrageously--including you.

COMING UP

SUNDAY BRUNCH CHURCH: This gathering of people from Saints, Sinners & Sandwiches and from Cultivate St. Anne's Hill meets one Sunday each month. It is held in the Neighborhood Hall at Christ Lutheran Church, 511 Hart St., Dayton Ohio. The date for the May gathering is Sunday, May 19 at 2:00 PM.

DINNER CHURCH: Every Thursday at 5:30 PM at Charlie's Deli, 429 Troy St., Dayton Ohio.

CULTIVATE ST. ANNE'S HILL: A new group that is holding pop-up events during the Spring and Summer of 2024. Our next events are:

Wednesday, May 15 @ 6:00 pm. UPDATE: Due to the weather, the scheduled neighborhood walk has been postponed to Monday, May 20. We'll post more later.
Saturday, May 18 from 11 am to 3 pm at the Levitt Pavilion in Downtown Dayton. We'll be at the NCCJ Pride Rocks! event, "a supportive community event dedicated to raising awareness and providing resources for mental heal and suicide prevention within our LBGTQ+ community."
